These Terms of Service govern your use of https://voyagelabwear.com and any purchase you make from Voyagelabwear, a trade name of VYG Wear Store. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you check out.

1. Who Can Shop With Us

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. Voyagelabwear sells only to customers in the United States, and we ship only to US addresses in all 50 states.

2. Products, Prices and Images

• All products are offered subject to availability. Descriptions, prices and images may change without notice.
• Product photos are for illustration. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.
• Bag dimensions and capacity listed in product descriptions are approximate.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is affected by a pricing error, we may cancel it and refund your payment in full.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including items being out of stock, a payment problem, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or a shipping restriction. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you to your original payment method.

4. Canceling an Order

You can ask to cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. There is no cancellation fee. Once an order is in processing or on its way, it can no longer be canceled, but you may return eligible items under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
